No services
Access to the site does not create a contract for vignettes, tolls, permits, insurance, transport, accommodation or professional advice. We do not take payment. An email to [email protected], [email protected] or [email protected] is correspondence, not an order.

Intellectual property
The text, the layout and the tolbg mark are ours. You may quote a short passage with a link to the page. You may not copy the library onto another site, present it as an official government guide, or sell it. Photographs remain under the licences named in their captions and on the about page. Those licences, including CC BY-SA where it applies, govern the pictures even where these terms are stricter about our own text.

Acceptable use
Do not attempt to break the site, probe it for data it does not hold, or send unlawful material to the inboxes. Do not use the pages to mislead someone into paying a third party for a “tolbg vignette”. We have no such product.

Liability
The pages are provided as general reading. To the extent Bulgarian law allows, we are not liable for decisions you take on the road from that reading. Nothing here excludes liability that the law does not allow us to exclude, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence where that exclusion would be void.

Law
These terms are read under the law of the Republic of Bulgaria. Courts in Sofia have jurisdiction, without taking away any mandatory right you have, as a consumer, to bring a claim in the courts of your own EU country of residence.
