Who we are not
tolbg is an independent publication at 106 Pop Gruyu Street, Levski G, 1836 Sofia. It is not the Road Infrastructure Agency, the National Toll Administration, the Ministry of Interior, the Customs Agency, a court, an insurer, or a roadside assistance provider.
Nothing on the site is an offer to sell a vignette, a route pass, an on-board unit, a permit, insurance, a ferry, accommodation or a guided tour. Nothing on the site opens a border, closes a pass, or records your vehicle in a government register.
Rules move
Speed limits, vignette prices, toll tariffs, winter equipment rules, weekend truck restrictions and border procedures are set by law and by the bodies that enforce it. They change. A revision date on a guide is the day we re-read public sources, not a certificate that the road matches the paragraph at the moment you drive it.
Posted signs, a police officer and a temporary work-zone board override this website. If a sentence here and a sign on the road disagree, follow the sign.
