It does not sell vignettes, tolls, permits, insurance or roadside help, and it is not a public authority. Rules, fees and closures change. Confirm them with the responsible institutions before you travel.

tolbg answers questions about these pages. We cannot renew a vignette, dispatch a tow truck, or tell you whether a pass is open at this hour. For that last one, use the Road Infrastructure Agency’s own notices. For a crash, call 112.
The line reaches the publication in Sofia. It is not staffed as a traffic centre, and it is not 112. If we miss the call, an email is the reliable record.
Guides and corrections
Use this address when a speed table, a motorway status or a toll description looks out of date. Include the page address and, if you have it, the public notice you are comparing it with.
